College House Student Common Room and Study Centre

This new two level building inserts itself into the context of Sir Miles Warren's master plan for the College House Campus. A student lounge on the ground floor has become the social hub of this University Hall of Residence. A large subdividable, multi-use room on the upper floor is accessed from a wide feature spiral staircase and glazed foyers.
