Mokka is literally squeezed into a corner of the restored Armson Woolstore Building. Though compact, a sense of spaciousness has been achieved through the thrifty use of colour and an emphasis on bold, yet refined, forms and detailing. Against this sparse backdrop the rich texture of the original building is cast in sharp relief.
